Bridges and Silly Hats

so many great bridges were crossed. When we got to bowling Green we went to the park and played music. First we hit up a garage sale and got silly hats.

CAR!

Some illegal camping happening after we went through a timewarp 10 miles downhill. We had to yell "CAR!" everytime one came by so we all had to turn or head lamps off and be invisible.

the day we leave me finger starts hurting. i had poked my finger with a needle under the finger nail 3 days before, i was sewing my flag for my bike. well it got infected so we went to natchez medical center, a.k.a the twlight zone. they had to cut the tip of my finger off. if i was to wait one more day i would of lost the first digit of it. thanks to bon's mom she convinced me to go to the hospital and get it taken car of. antibiotics for 7 days and i jumped on my bike 10 minutes after surgery. here we come kentucky!this is me chaning this first bandage, it hurt alot.

A lil’ sumthin’ about you:
I'm called Shivers. Full name is Little Shivers. On this trip I will be called Bubby Trucker. I will be keeping a journal that I should be scanning in to post up here…that is if we find a computer and scanner along our adventure. I'm a Graphic Designer at LSU, graduate in 2010. I'm doing this trip because I love these kids for one. It will give me moments that inspire my art. I have documented moments for years now with sketch books, old cassette recorders, photos, writings and animations. I need some more inspiration and this trip is it. Doing what I feel, feeling what I do, just having fun and living the life, not buying it. Riding your bike is fun and eco friendly, and I want to pass that to the world. Music is medicine and a way of living; I want to share those ideas. This trip is not only for my desire to be inspired. It is to share my energy with people who are hungry for it. I’m giving the encouragement I’ve been fed by so many friends this last year. Sharing the warmth of our energy to others who don’t know they can do whatever they want and be comfortable with what they do and who they are. Everyone come together as one and exists in harmony.
